Packages from our warehouse in Japan will be shipped by DHL, Fedex, EMS, ACI EXPRESS, Joom Logistics, Score Japan etc.
All products will be delivered by express delivery.
The delivery method cannot be specified during check-out.
It will depend on the carrier and destination country, but if there are no delays we estimate your product will arrive in 3~10 days.ย

Please contact us within 7 days of your package's arrival. After contacting us, please be prepared to share photos or a video of the damaged product(s). We are unable to offer assistance with damages or defects in the following scenarios:

All sales are final, and we are therefore unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. If an item in your order was defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will not accept any return or exchange except if the received product is found damaged upon receiving. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service immediately. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโt offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In some areas, such as the United Kingdom and Germany and France, the local postal service may charge an extra handling fee for processing packages affected by customs taxes. Customs taxes and any possible handling fees are not included in the Grand Total of your order. TOM neither requests nor receives this money and is unable to control the amount.
