Product introduction
These hand-stretched somen noodles were created with the aim of passing down the craftsmanship of "Ibo-no-ito" and are made by certified "hand-stretched somen technicians", a national qualification recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. After being manufactured, the noodles are slowly aged for one year in the association's exclusive warehouse, resulting in somen that is chewy and smooth on the palate. There are approximately 400 pieces per bundle, and the production period is from December during the coldest season to March of the following year.
