The outer surface of the iron kettle is finished with natural lacquer, and the inside is rust prevention due to traditional techniques. (It is a traditional technique that forms a film of iron oxide on the surface by baking about 900 degrees charcoal fire to prevent rust. Effective for replenishment.
¡ Care before and after use first
E After lighting the inside of the iron kettle, pour water to the 8th minute and boil for about 15 minutes. (At first, the hot water is cloudy and hot, so repeat about 3 times and use it after the boiled hot water becomes colorless.)
* Do not use for a long period of time and do the same work when you start using it when it is over.
E After use, do not leave the hot water remaining inside the iron kettle as it is, move it to a pot, etc., make it an empty state, and dry it.
¡ When rusted and hot water is getting cloudy
E Put water lightly for the 8th minute lightly, wrap about 1 cup of tea in a cloth, and simmer from the water for about 15 to 20 minutes while paying attention to empty heating. This is a way to stop money using the scientific reaction of tannins and iron contained in Sencha. Repeating this work a few times will increase the effect.
